24h Check-in
Thanks to a latest-generation home automation system, it will be possible to check in online round-the-clock. In any case, between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – subject to prior communication of the arrival time – the staff will be ready to welcome guests in person. From 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM, access to the property is still possible with remote assistance from the staff. The guest will be guided step-by-step by WhatsApp and will never be left alone while performing the various steps. After 8:00 PM, access to the property is available solely and exclusively by self check-in with an automatic door opening system; all details will be sent 24 hours before arrival, and emergency contacts for remote assistance will still be provided in case of difficulties. Upon arrival, to use the self check-in, it will be NECESSARY to have a latest-generation smartphone to connect to the property’s Wi-Fi network.

L’ASTRO D’ORO uses the DOMINA Hotel system, the AVE home automation program that allows for increased comfort and security while optimizing energy consumption.Inside each room, a wall display allows you to view all room comforts through an intuitive interface. DOMINA Hotel enables energy-saving consumption optimization: the system automatically cuts off the power to lights, air conditioning, or heating when the rooms are unoccupied. For any requests, we invite guests to contact the guest manager and NOT to manually adjust the air conditioning units, as they are set to automatically restore the correct room temperature when occupied.Thanks to this sophisticated system, it is possible to perform the online Check-in service 24/7. After booking, the guest will never be alone. They will be followed step by step until their arrival at the facility by chat. On this magnificent terrace, a tasty and abundant buffet breakfast with local products is served. Our standard selection includes pastries, coffee, hot drinks, fruit juice, fruit, and spreads.We recommend tasting the original Moka coffee to experience an authentic Neapolitan home. Event location
L’ASTRO D’ORO, thanks to its characteristics and attention to style, is an ideal location for small events, communions, children’s parties, fashion and design photo shoots. Contact us by email to request a personalized quote. It is possible to rent the facility as a location or request a personalized package including a photographer, stylist, and make-up artist. However, it is not possible to use the room as a set without prior notice. The rental cost of the room for photographic use is different from that of traditional tourist use.
